基本情况:
刘金彪,湖北工业大学副教授,硕士生导师,2016年在武汉大学病毒学国家重点实验室获得博士学位,美国Temple大学博士后(2019-2021)。目前任职于生物工程与食品学院中德生物医学中心。曾任暨南大学病原微生物研究院副教授,广东省病毒学重点实验室核心成员。长期从事致病性病原微生物(冠状病毒,HIV,寨卡)感染、发病机制及诊断、免疫治疗研究。利用细胞/小鼠/非人灵长类模型,研究病毒感染与宿主免疫系统的作用机制;研究天然药物、天然免疫和表观遗传修饰在病毒感染及发病过程中的作用,为传染病的预防和治疗寻找新策略。在Journal of Medical Virology (IF=20.69), Clinical and Translational Medicine (IF=11.492), Mucosal Immunology (IF=7.31), Cell and Bioscience (IF=7.133), Frontiers in Immunology (IF=6.42)等国际权威杂志上发表高水平学术论文30余篇。主持国家自然基金、广东省自然科学基金,中央高校自主科研项目等多个项目。作为主要参与人,参加国家自然科学基金等多项课题。发明专利4项。参加第22届和26届美国神经免疫药理学会议,获得青年科学家差旅奖一等资助,并做大会报告。
有近十年生物安全高等级实验室(ABSL-3)和动物实验中心科研工作经历,熟练掌握高致病性病原微生物感染动物疾病模型的制作和相关研究工作。十分熟悉SPF级动物实验室申报、建设、管理和运营以及ABSL-3/P3/P2实验室的基础设施的建设和生物安全体系文件的撰写,对于P3/P2实验室的申报、建设、维护和使用有丰富的经验。
