工作简介

陈凯,男,中共党员,华中农业大学博士,硕士生导师。博士期间主要从事园艺产品采后贮藏防腐保鲜,研究柑橘果实采后真菌病害及其生物防治,涉及柑橘青绿霉病害的致病机理、病原菌特异性检测、生防酵母的生防机理、全基因组测序和生信分析、生防细菌的生防机制。目前主要从事食品软物质结构与功能的研究,涉及天然多糖基复合膜结构、性能、果蔬保鲜机制,生物质复合气凝胶的微结构设计与应用,超强吸水剂应用等领域。近几年,以第一作者在International Journal of Biological Macromolecules,Food Packaging and Shelf Life,Industrial Crops & Products,Phytopathology, Biological Control等SCI期刊上发表论文10余篇(含1区论文6篇)。
